Woodstock Golf & Country Club
Woodstock Golf and Country Club is situated on the southern fringes of Ennis on the Quin road, set within the rolling agricultural landscape of mid-Clare. The course plays to 5,830 yards at par 71 and occupies a gently undulating parkland setting with mature trees, open views across the Clare countryside and good year-round playing conditions.
The course is well-regarded in the area for its maintenance standards and the quality of its greens. It provides a more relaxed alternative to the demanding links courses on the west Clare coast, and is ideally suited for society outings, corporate golf days and casual visitor rounds. The club has a welcoming and informal atmosphere.
At green fees of €25 to €35, Woodstock represents excellent value for a full 18-hole round. It is easily combined with Ennis Golf Club for a two-round day in the Ennis area, and is within easy reach of Dromoland Castle and Shannon Airport. Visitors are welcome without a handicap requirement.
